Pine Ridge Estates is a secluded equestrian community, desired by many horse lovers. The residents of Pine Ridge are fiercely proud of their horseback community and way of life. Situated in the town of Beverly Hills, Florida, Pine Ridge Estates is only minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, yet it is quietly tucked away in a verdant pine and oak forest, protected from the hustle and bustle of town.

The residents of Pine Ridge enjoy the 28 miles of horseback riding trails that wind through the community and many go on daily rides to visit the neighbors. The trails are well maintained and reserved for horses only.

The Pine Ridge Equestrian Center is also a hub of activities and horsing around. The facility includes a stable that can accommodate up to 17 horses. There is a lounge and kitchen above that accommodates up to 40 people. There is a 300' x 115' main arena as well as the dressage arena for training. The trail arena is 200' x 90' and is equipped with ground obstacles, and the jump arena is 100' x 200' and has a full set of jumps and cross rails.

If horses are not your thing, visit the Pine Ridge Community Center another hive of activities. Here you will find a multitude of organized clubs, activities and hobbyists. Clubs include a sewing club, civic association, equestrian association, tennis committee, golf club, quilters club, radio controlled airplane flying club, bowling club, craft group, bridge club, and fishing club. Other activities at the Pine Ridge Community Center are yoga classes, poker night, aerobics classes, games night, and Mah Jongg.

The Pine Ridge Golf and Country Club is another oasis for the residents of Pine Ridge. Featuring two courses, a par 72 main golf course, and the Little Pines, a par 3 executive golf course. Pine Ridge also has two putting greens, a driving range, and chipping greens. You will also appreciate the top notch pro shop, bar and grill as well as expert help and instruction.

The homes in Pine Ridge Florida are mostly ample estates set on large 1 acre to 20 acre lots. Many of the homes have finely manicured landscaping and some even have private gated drives. Not everyone in Pine Ridge has horses, but many that do have their own horse pastures fenced in with private backyard stables.
